1.Our Leadtime is based on a normal days. Subject to further change due to unexpected delay during transit and customs clearing. However, expect best effort from us.
2. Count start from the sailing date and not from the date of Pick up. Remember, it will not directly load to vessel. We need to consolidate boxes so we can full our container. That’s the reason why we give sailing date and cut off.
3. Please considerate in loading heavy weight. We know the price is fixed and you need to maximize the box. But think of the person who carrying your box plus the weight capacity of the box that could be easily tear.
4. Breakable, Liquid and High Value. Those things are acceptable with conditions of “Shipper’s Own Risk”.

For Commercial Items:
Per CBM/M3=RM3000
Per KG=RM50 (Maximum-50KG) For Personal Items: RM 2000/Super Box
RM 1500/Jumbo Box
RM 1,000/Regular Box
CARGO
Or total declared Value whichever is lower.
